Shipping policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Free standard delivery

We do not charge for standard delivery on orders accepted through www.londoncoffeecups.com. There is no minimum order value for free standard delivery.

The total payable will be shown before you place the order. We will not add an undisclosed delivery charge after checkout.

2. Delivery area

We deliver to UK addresses that the checkout accepts. Some remote, island or restricted postcodes may need additional time or may not be available through the standard service. If we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you before accepting the order or cancel and refund any payment taken.

For delivery outside the areas accepted at checkout, contact hello@londoncoffeecups.com before ordering. Any separately quoted bespoke or international arrangement will be agreed in writing.

3. Dispatch and delivery estimates

We process orders on working days, excluding public holidays. For in-stock UK mainland products, the usual delivery estimate is 1–2 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Larger, split, pre-order, out-of-stock, remote-location and bespoke orders may take longer. The product page, quotation, checkout or order confirmation will state a different estimate where relevant.

If you are a Consumer, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed unless we agree another date with you.

4. Tracking and split deliveries

Where tracking is available, we will send it to the email or telephone details supplied with the order. An order may arrive in more than one parcel or delivery where products are stored or packed separately. We do not charge additional standard delivery fees for a split shipment.

5. Delivery address and access

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode and contact information. For business premises, include the business name, unit number, loading or reception instructions and opening hours where relevant.

The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access and that someone can accept the delivery where a signature or handover is required. If nobody is available, the carrier may use its tracking service, leave a notice, attempt redelivery or deliver to an authorised safe place or neighbour in accordance with the instructions provided.

Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery fails because the address is inaccurate, access is unavailable or the parcel is repeatedly refused or uncollected, please contact us. For Consumers, we will deal with the order in accordance with applicable law. For Business Customers, any exceptional redelivery or recovery cost will be discussed and agreed before it is charged.

7. Delays and events outside our control

Weather, transport disruption, carrier incidents, public holidays and other events outside our reasonable control can delay delivery. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and provide updates available to us.

If a material delay occurs, contact us. Consumers may have a right to end the contract where delivery by an agreed date was essential or where we do not deliver within an appropriate additional period.

8. Missing or damaged parcels

Inspect the parcel as soon as reasonably possible. If anything is missing or damaged, email hello@londoncoffeecups.com with the order number, affected quantity and photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and products where possible. Keep the packaging while we investigate with the carrier.

Reporting promptly helps us investigate, but it does not reduce a Consumer’s statutory rights.
